The iconic Call of Duty series has officially landed on Nvidia GeForce Now, bolstering the ongoing Xbox game expansion.

This massive arrival fulfills a promise made by Microsoft earlier this year, solidifying the 10-year partnership between Microsoft and Nvidia that was announced in February, the company says in a recent news release.

Play 3 Call of Duty Titles and MORE on GeForce Now

The eagerly anticipated release includes not just one, but three blockbuster titles: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Modern Warfare II, and the ever-popular Call of Duty: Warzone.

Players can now seamlessly dive into the heart-pounding action of these titles from a centralized location via the newly introduced "Call of Duty HQ" hub on GeForce Now.

GeForce Now subscribers are in for a treat with the ability to launch these titles from any supported device, provided the games were purchased on Steam.

The convenience factor is further amplified with the announcement that 15 new cloud titles, including Xbox gems like SteamWorld Build, Pillars of Eternity, Roboquest, and more, are joining the GeForce Now library this week. Here's the complete list.

  • Last Train Home (New release on Steam, Nov. 28)

More Surprises from Invidia

But the excitement does not end there. Nvidia is pulling out all the stops to enhance the gaming experience for its Ultimate members. Exclusive benefits such as NVIDIA DLSS 3 and Reflex promise the highest frame rates and lowest latencies, ensuring the smoothest gameplay possible.

This is made possible by streaming from a GeForce RTX 4080 gaming rig in the cloud, eliminating concerns about hardware upgrades or system specs.

For those looking to take their gaming on the go, the partnership with Backbone offers a 30% discount for premium GeForce Now members who snap their mobile devices into a Backbone One controller.

Excitement Mounts

However, it is worth noting that the journey to this cloud gaming utopia was not entirely without hurdles. 9to5Google tells us that Nvidia initially faced platform-specific issues, excluding certain devices like Android, SHIELD TV, and TV. Fortunately, as of 8:45 a.m. PT, Nvidia has resolved these issues, making Call of Duty HQ playable on all GeForce Now compatible devices.

Now here's more: Nvidia hints at the prospect of more "legacy" Call of Duty releases gracing the cloud in the future. The gaming community surely can't help but wonder what other classics might join Nvidia GeForce Now.
