As per Samsung, the three monitors will showcase OLED Glare-Free technology that supposedly reduces light reflections for a better viewing experience without additional hardware. This allows users to play games in almost any lighting condition with constant brightness and color.

The trio of newly designed monitors has extensive physical connection, with a USB hub, two HDMI 2.1 connectors, and a DisplayPort 1.4 input. Additionally, VESA3 mount compatibility and a height-adjustable stand (HAS) with tilt, swivel, and pivot4 control points on some models are stated to provide users with comfort and convenience.

Engadget adds that for the Odyssey OLED G95SD, gamers and consumers will be getting a screen that offers DQHD (5120x1440) resolution, a 0.03ms response time, a 240Hz refresh rate, a 32:9 aspect ratio and access to both Samsung's smart TV platform and the company's cloud-based Gaming Hub.

As for the second mentioned OLED monitor, reportedly described as Samsung's first 32-inch flat OLED gaming monitor, the Odyssey G80SD will support a thickness of just under four millimeters, with an ultra-thin monitor supposedly designed for small workstations. It has a 4K UHD (3840x2160) resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 0.03ms reaction time, and a quick 240Hz refresh rate. With CoreLighting+ technology, the monitor offers distinct ambient lighting schemes and a peak brightness of 450 nits.

Lastly, Engadget states that the third monitor to be showcased, the OLED G60SD, will have a 27-inch screen with a QHD (2560x1440) resolution and a refresh rate of 360 Hz. Samsung's CoreLighting+ technology and a thin, metal form factor are also included with the monitor. The display has tilt, pivot, and swivel adjustments for comfort.

OLED Gaming Monitors

This announcement follows LG's recent unveiling of its 4k gaming monitor, which is also in preparation for CES 2024. The company's new OLED gaming monitor, called the 32GS95UE, will reportedly offer gamers, with just one button, an easy transition between Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080) at 480Hz and 4K (3,840 x 2,160) at 240Hz called the Dual-Hz function, as previously reported by Tech Times.

This projected showcase also follows the multiple announcements made by the tech giant in preparation for CES 2024. This includes the company's newly AI-driven robot vacuum and mop hybrid, Bespoke Jet Bot Combo, and AI-enhanced kitchen appliances.

The 2024 Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ is reportedly a part of the lineup, supporting a new feature that identifies and keeps track of food items stored in the smart refrigerator that Samsung calls the "AI Vision Inside."

Tech Crunch reports the CES 2024 is expected to run from January 9 to 12, 2024, in Las Vegas.
