The ongoing feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar hurt each other's reputations. Still, Universal Media Group (UMG) clarified that it did not interfere with either artist in an effort to stop the feud.

Many words have been said, and issues have been brought up by both parties, including the allegations that have yet to bring evidence to light from the diss tracks of hip-hop artists.

From AI-generated tracks and AI-made lyrics to plain involving family members and alleged children, the battle between Drake and Lamar has since seen massive misinformation spread online.

TMZ clarified that UMG did not interfere with Drake and Kendrick Lamar's ongoing beef, particularly as fake news behind this spread online said that the music label wanted to stop it after the damaging lyrics shared by both parties.

A new document leaked online allegedly shows how UMG approached "pgLang," or Kendrick Lamar, and "XO," or The Weeknd, to end the battle with "OVO," Drake's codename.

The document also reiterated that UMG had Zoom meetings with all of the aforementioned rappers, asking Lamar to create a post that clarified the Drake pedophilia issue.

Moreover, UMG believes that Drake is already "losing" the beef against the Compton lyricist, and the document went as far as to say that UMG and Nike, Drake's known affiliations, are also suffering from losses because of the allegations thrown by Lamar.

Recent tracks from both parties revealed dark and disastrous information but are groundless as each has yet to provide any actual evidence for their lyrics.

On Drake's end, Kendrick claimed that he is a pedophile and uses black women for his fame, and at the same time, Drizzy brought up abuse claims against K-Dot.

These allegations are still considered misinformation, but neither party is backing down. Lamar released Not Like Us on May 4, and Drake followed up with The Heart Part 6 on May 5.

AI-Made, Misinformation Allegations on Rap

It was initially fun for many to see the renowned Canadian hip-hop artist Drake and Compton-based rapper Kendrick Lamar hash their issues out using their songs, also known as "diss tracks," to shame the other.

However, the renowned beef between the two is getting out of hand, with Drake going as far as to use generative AI to replicate the voice of the departed West Coast legend, Tupac Shakur.

However, Drake did not vehemently deny it, as the earlier released diss, Push Ups (Drop and Give Me 50), was initially rumored to have been made with AI.

That being said, Drake's response was to release a deepfake featuring Metro Boomin, another artist the Canadian rapper has an issue with, superimposing him over Nick Cannon's body in a clip from a 2002 movie, Drumline

Since the AI-made issue, Drake took down the song Taylor Made, but the beef between both rappers did not end there. Massive issues were brought up, leading to many creating misinformation about fake tracks and information about these rappers.

It now went as far as to unknown individuals claiming that UMG intervened to stop the feud as it is hurting them due to Drake losing the battle, but that is not the case and is fake.
