Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang made waves in Seoul on Thursday night, blending business with a personal touch that delighted fans and local media alike.
Huang met Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chairman Euisun Chung for a casual dinner at Kkanbu Chicken, a popular fried chicken chain in the upscale Gangnam district.
As the three executives enjoyed the popular Korean pairing of chicken and beer, hundreds of journalists, photographers, and fans gathered outside to catch a glimpse of the tech superstar.
National broadcasters aired live footage of the trio eating, drinking, and conversing, while diners inside the restaurant snapped pictures on their phones.
According to Mint, during the meal, Huang gifted Lee and Chung Nvidia DGX boxes, a series of the company's AI systems, with notes that read: "To our partnership and future of the world!"
