When it comes to film sequels, a few films have gained their own media buzz, but none have made as much of a titillating fuss until now as news of the Fifty Shades of Grey sequels, which have been announced.

For fans who have been holding their breaths all this time for this hot and heavy book-turned-movie to be released this year, the news that book two and three of the most scintillating trilogy by far will also be coming out on film, has sent many fainting and hyperventilating with excitement.

The announcement came out the morning of Feb. 6. The follow-up novels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, by novelist E.L. James will have their own turns burning up the movie screens.

Fans will soon get a chance to see more of the steaming chemistry between Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) and Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele) on the big screen. Film cameras will start shooting scenes for the next movie as early as June this year. Target release of the second film will be February 2016.

We've all seen the trailer and we've all wondered about those extra spicy scenes and how much time they actually spent shooting them. As director Sam Taylor-Johnson explained, when filming the sex scenes, it had to be choreographed because she didn't want to have the actors go through it over and over again.

"It's an uncomfortable environment. You have to base it on trust. You have to build that trust to get there," she said.

For the curious, the lovers, the couples, and the book fans, Fifty Shades of Grey will debut in theaters on Feb. 14, just in time for some Valentine's evening inspiration.

In the meantime, we'll have to be content with the hot and heavy trailer for the movie, right here:
