Verizon has officially entered the price war by offering more data, storage, and international text messaging through its latest "More Everything" plan.

Verizon's newest offering is in response to the pressure felt from other major carriers AT&T and T-Mobile that have been introducing industry-disrupting price cuts.

"MORE Everything changes the game by adding even more of what customers want from their wireless provider in a single, simple monthly plan. Verizon Wireless led the way with the introduction of shared data plans, and MORE Everything is the next leap forward with more storage, more messaging and more choice, all on a 4G LTE network that is unmatched in coverage and capacity," said Verizon Wireless Chief Marketing Officer Ken Dixon.

The newest "More Everything" offer of the carrier is essentially an expansion of its "Share Everything" plan. Customers who are on the latter will be automatically upgraded to enjoy additional data without having to worry about higher monthly line access fees. The new deal offers unlimited minutes, messages, and international messaging. Verizon also threw in 25GB of cloud storage, a mobile hotspot, and an option for a no data, 700-minute plan with unlimited text for just $5 monthly access.

"MORE Everything simplifies your plan. All you have to do is decide how many devices you want on your plan and add up the Monthly Line Access per device. Then complete your plan by selecting how much data you want to share across your devices, which is your Monthly Account Access," states the promo page.

The data packages now start at $15 a month for 250MB, $40 for 1GB, $50 for 2GB, and $60 a month for 3GB. The company practically doubled the offering for the $40, $50, and $60 plan which previously only offered 500MB, 1GB, and 2GB of data, respectively.

Customers who go for Verizon Edge will make most of the plan with a $10 off on the monthly access fee for data packages of up to 8GB and $20-cut for those who gets a 10GB plan or higher. Edge customers also have the option to upgrade their handsets even after just a month by trading in the handset and paying at least half of the price of the device. Edge customers who also complete the payments for their devices do not have to make monthly payments for the handset anymore.

"More Everything" also comes with Family Base that allows users to manage their experience and offer lower rates for overseas calls. The feature is offered for free for the first three months.
