Motorola is offering a pretty sweet deal on its flagship Moto X smartphone. If you purchase an unlocked, AT&T or Verizon Moto X through its online store, the company is adding a free Moto E (2nd Gen) smartphone to the order through March 24.

Smartphone fans are going to have some fresh new hardware to consider in the coming weeks. Samsung stole the show at this year's Mobile World Congress when it unveiled its next-generation flagship handsets, the Galaxy S6 and curved display Galaxy S6 Edge. HTC also made headlines at the show when it launched the HTC One M9, and the company is planning a big announcement regarding its new smartphone on March 18.

While Samsung and HTC have not officially revealed pricing for the new smartphones, it's safe to assume the Galaxy S6 and One M9 will slide into the $199 with two-year contract slot and that the Galaxy S6 Edge will be priced higher thanks to its dual-edge display.

If you're in the market for a new flagship smartphone but would like a lower price and a free smartphone with your purchase, Motorola has got you covered. If you purchase an unlocked, AT&T or Verizon Moto X (2nd Gen) through Moto Maker, Motorola will add a free Moto E (2nd Gen) 3G smartphone to your order.

Motorola is offering the unlocked Moto X (2nd Gen) for $399.99 and both the AT&T and Verizon variants for $99.99 when signing a new two-year contract. The Moto X features a 5.2-inch 1080p full HD AMOLED display, powerful 2.5 GHz quad-core processor, 13 megapixel rear camera and the ability to customize the look of the smartphone using Moto Maker.

If you're interested in this deal, you'll need to act quickly as Motorola's deal expires on March 24.
