National Football League (NFL) player, Devon Still, is optimistic that Leah, his four-year-old daughter, is likely to be cancer free.

Recently, the Cincinnati Bengals player revealed on Instagram that latest tests results of Leah did not find any "active disease in her body."

However, the doctors treating Leah are not 100 percent sure that little Leah is cancer free but feel optimistic.

In June 2014, Leah was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma and doctors gave her 50/50 survival chance. Since then, Leah has been undergoing surgeries to remove cancerous tumors from her body. In September 2014, Leah underwent a surgery that lasted for about six hours and involved removal of a tumor from her abdomen.

In September 2014, Still updated his followers, friends and family about Leah's condition. He also posted a short Instagram video on the day of Leah's surgery, which showed the NFL player giving a pep talk to his daughter.

Pre-surgery pep talk...I might be nervous and scared beyond words but I'll never let her see it...let's get this done! A video posted by Devon Still (@man_of_still75) on Sep 25, 2014 at 4:35am PDT

Leah's medical condition affected Still's time on the field. Still was cut off from the training camp but later returned. He played 12 games in the last season.

In September 2014, Leah's story made headlines and attracted many fans, NFL players and coaches. Still and other member of Bengals worked together to raise awareness and funding for pediatric cancer throughout the 2014 season.

Sales from Still's jersey number 75 accounted for about $1.25 million in sales, and all the money was donated to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for cancer research and treatment.

Still's number 75 jersey made a big impact in the sports world and a Cincinnati Bengals spokesperson announced that the franchisee had sold over 9,000 number 75 jerseys. Sean Payton, the head coach of New Orleans Saints, also ordered for 100 number 75 jerseys to support the good cause.

In October 2014, cheerleaders of the New England Patriots also wore Still's number 75 jerseys. Robert Kraft, owner of Patriots, donated $25,000 to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Jim Isray, Colts owner, also made a donation of $10,000 to the hospital.

The Bengals are expecting Devon Still to return for the 2015 season.
