With the upcoming release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice just under a year away, it's only a matter of time before more DC Comics superheroes come together to save the day on the big screen.

With the animated film, Justice League: Gods & Monster Chronicles' trailer just released, and Zack Synder's The Justice League Part One set for 2017, we just got an unexpected surprise to see a collaboration has already occurred for fans in South Korea.

In a new promo released in South Korea this week, the Fastest Man Alive has teamed up with the Dark Knight and Man of Steel to rescue a woman in distress after the city falls under attack.

But no, the Justice League is not joining forces for a new blockbuster in the works. Instead, they are featured in an advertisement to sell cars.

Hyundai recruited Batman, Superman and the Flash in a one-minute ad campaign for its new Grandeur (known to us as the Azera) midsize sedan..

The commercial features explosions hitting the city, as crowds of people run for their lives. A woman is seen running inside a parking lot building, but the walls begin to tumble down from the blasts, and car alarms go off all around her. As she screams for help, Batman busts through the wall with his Justice League partners on each side.

"Unexpected lineup," the ad's narrator says.

The scene then cuts to Hyundai's midsize cars in gasoline, diesel and hybrid. While we aren't sure what happens to the woman standing there in shock, our bet is that the Justice League members scooped her up in one of the new cars, riding off into the sunset.

Of course, this is not the first time superheroes lent their notoriety to super sell products. In the early 2000's Batman was used in commercials for OnStar, which featured him chasing The Joker in the Batmobile. In 2002, an animated Superman starred alongside Jerry Seinfeld for an American Express commercial. Superman also teamed up with Ram before Man of Steel hit theaters.
