The Moto E has just become more affordable than ever as the budget phone from Motorola is now being offered on Amazon for prices that range from $89.99 to $99.99.

Both the Moto E's U.S. and Global GSM versions are now selling for $89.99, which is cheaper by $30 than the original price. The faster 4G LTE model is only $99.99, which is $50 cheaper than the original offer.

The handset is compatible with GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile. However, it will not work with other carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Virgin or Boost. Amazon says that the product can only be shipped within the United States because of federal and international regulations.

Moto E is designed as a cheaper alternative handset, catering to those who wish to have a more casual experience with their devices but without having to settle for mediocre performance.

Originally priced between $119.99 and $149.99, the Moto E aims to continue delivering the same perks, such as impressive design and superb performance, both of which have made the Moto handset a must-have device in emerging markets.

The Moto E has a 4.5-inch QHD display, which is known for being the sharpest display in its own class. It runs on a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor and boasts 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by another 8GB.

Other notable features include a 5-megapixel rear camera, a VGA front-facing camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 2,390 mAh battery that delivers all-day performance. Moreover, the device can be customized with a number of available colored bands.

The Moto E, just like its flagship cousins, also guarantees an up-to-date software. Motorola can be highly relied on when it comes to keeping devices updated with the latest Android version.

Dimensions of the Moto E handset are measured at 5.11 x 2.63 x 0.20 to 0.48 inches while the weight is at 145 grams. It is also water-resistant and is available in black and white.

For customers who want to get their hands on the second-gen Moto E, now is the best time to do so as the handset is currently offered on Amazon at a much cheaper price.
