Sir Ian McKellen and Sir Patrick Stewart are no musicians, but they certainly know how to deliver a song's lyrics in the most unique and entertaining way.

During an interview session at Yahoo, Sir Ian McKellen added more fun by reciting the lyrics of Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood," which has now gone viral. There's no doubt that his version added a classic touch to a song that has become popular in modern times.

"'Cause baby, now we got bad blood. You know it used to be mad love. So take a look what you've done. 'Cause baby, now we got bad blood. Hey now we got problems. And I don't think we can solve them. You made a really deep cut. And baby, now we got bad blood," the lyrics read.

Sir Ian McKellen also took the occasion as an opportunity to announce his new movie Mr. Holmes. He is most remembered for his characters in films such as X-Men, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies.

Incidentally, his good friend, Sir Patrick Stewart, also did his own rendition of a song by Taylor Swift. The Star Trek: The Next Generation star was spotted recently at NPR where he played a game in the show's "Ask Me Another" segment. The actor recited the lyrics of "Blank Space," and fans played along by guessing the song title.

"Screaming, crying, perfect storms. I can make all the tables turn. Rose garden filled with thorns. Keep you second guessing like 'Oh my god, who is she?' I get drunk on jealousy. But you'll come back each time you leave. 'Cause, darling, I'm a nightmare dressed like a daydream."

Fans can watch the full segment when it airs on Aug. 20.

Following his well-applauded recital, Sir Patrick Stewart turned to Twitter and sent out a request to none other than Taylor Swift.

"May we join the squad, @taylorswift13?," tweeted Sir Patrick (@SirPatStew).

Taylor Swift, who dominated this year's Billboard Music Awards, seemed very pleased and responded shortly afterwards with a tweet to her more than 60 million Twitter followers.

"Thanks for reciting my lyrics, @IanMcKellen and @SirPatStew! You've made my day. You two are ULTIMATE Squad Goals."
