There's a huge debate going on right now about the possibility of Batman breaking someone's neck in the latest Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer. Could this be real? We dig in to find out.

OK, so in that thrilling trailer, we get to see Batman travel to where Superman followers have their base. The same men who are dressed as soldiers with the Superman logo on their shoulders.

Batman and these men clearly got into a huge fight where they all ganged up on him. At one point, we see Batman hold one of the men by the neck with both hands and twist it in a neck breaking fashion.

Hmmm, where have we seen something like this before? Oh yeah, something similar happened when Superman broke Zod's neck in the 2013 hit film, Man of Steel.

The big question is, would Zack Snyder go for another neck breaking scene yet again after the way fans reacted with Man of Steel, or is this just something to get folks talking about the movie.

Some fans have speculated that this scene is just a dream sequence, but we don't buy it. We believe Batman makes a move against these guys because they have pledged their allegiance to Superman.

Chances are, Batman might have used a type of fighting technique that doesn't kill the soldier, but disables him. We've known Batman to be a person who will break bones and leave some enemies in wheelchairs for a long time. Because of this, there's a good chance this guy may survive but might never walk again for the rest of his life.

Bear in mind that this is an older and a more deranged Batman. He will hit hard though we expect him to not do it hard enough to take a life.

Don't believe us? Look at how Bruce Wayne reacted when Superman and Zod were destroying Metropolis, killing all those innocent people. This is clearly a Batman who still cares about human life, so breaking a guy's neck and killing him is definitely not part of this diabolic ways.
