While we can't get enough of the sun on hot summer days, there is no greater feeling than curling up with some good TV after a long afternoon at the beach. So crank the air conditioner — HBO is burning up with new great content for August.
There were some pretty impressive blockbusters to watch in July, including The Maze Runner, Transcendence and Horrible Bosses 2, not to mention the new original series that joined HBO's lineup.
August brings new episodes of True Detective, Ballers and The Brink. And the cable network is not letting us down on the movie front, either, giving us the Oscar-Nominated Birdman, and Oscar winner The Theory of Everything.
