Hulk Hogan's life has become a whirlwind of controversy.

As Hogan is preparing for his $100 million sex-tape lawsuit against Gawker, with the hearing set for October 20, he's now also accusing the website of leaking his racist tirade recording, which led to the WWE firing him last week.

According to TMZ, Hogan filed a new lawsuit against Gawker, asking for a full-blown investigation to see if it leaked his racist recording, which included use of the N-word, in addition to the sex tape.

Hogan sued the website after it aired two minutes of footage from a 30-minute video of Hogan having sex with the wife of his then-best friend. Hogan claims he didn't know that the act was being taped and is accusing Gawker of violating his privacy. The Gawker author who published the video stands by the decision.

An unpublished part of the 2012 sex tape has Hogan using the N-word. The former wrestling great thinks Gawker leaked that recording, and if he can prove it did, he wants Gawker boss Nick Denton thrown in jail for it. Gawker denies leaking the racist tirade.

"Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information," Gawker president and general counsel, Heather Dietrick, told TMZ.

Will the findings of Hogan's recent allegation against Gawker affect the main case he has against the company in any way? It's only a matter of time until that's revealed.
