A lot of established tech brands are jumping into the wearable game through smartwatches. One of the most prominent manufacturers is South Korean company LG Electronics.

LG's Urbane smartwatches, unlike most brands' rectangular smartwatches, have a rounded crown and the shape of conventional wristwatches.

LG has recently announced and previewed the second edition of Urbane, which looks sportier and has an upgraded RAM. The processor and the storage, however, remain virtually the same as with the first release. The only real difference is that the first edition's Android Wear version didn't have 4G LTE capabilities while the second edition will be shipped with the said connectivity.

Note that the LG Watch Urbane has two versions: one that runs on Android Wear without 4G connectivity and another that has 4G LTE but runs on LG's proprietary operating system, WebOS.

People who do not mind the lack of 4G connectivity and prefer the neoclassical look of first Urbane smartwatch over the sporty smugness of the second will be delighted to know that the LG Watch Urbane (Android Wear version), which was initially introduced at $350, is currently listed on eBay with a 40 percent price cut.

Buydig, a longtime seller on eBay with more than 346,000 completed transactions, posted the smartwatch for sale with a $214.99 price tag.

According the seller's detailed specifications for the product, buyers should expect an elegant metal body with leather straps, full circle P-OLED display, a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor that is clocked at 1.2GHz, a 512MB RAM, 4GB of eMMC storage and a 410mAh battery. Bear in mind that this is the Android Wear version of the first edition and as mentioned, it will have no 4G LTE connectivity but will come equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

At the moment of writing, Buydig, with its limited stocks, has sold 173 units of the LG Watch Urbane. The item is covered by eBay's standard free shipping. Estimated time of arrival will vary depending on the buyer's address relative to the seller's location in New Jersey.
