Facebook To Block Pages For Non-Users In Belgium

Facebook will bow to a privacy ruling from Belgium that says that the social media network can no longer use cookies to track those without accounts or who aren't logged in. The result will be that non-users will be unable to view pages without signing in or creating an account.
