A Redditor copied the post and took a screenshot of it from 4chan and posted it on Reddit for the public's information.
Here, the significant list talked about the new content coming, including its setting on a remote "ghost town in the west" that the main character would investigate. The new western town will have "caves, river, small town and camping site" in the area.
NPCs will be more sneaky now, as they may be enemies that shapeshift to surprise gamers. Moreover, these new monsters will feature a more gross body, with some featuring horns, with locals referring to them as "Wendigo" or "Goatman".
'Resident Evil Apocalypse' and the Origins of the Name
The new game's name will follow the trends from past releases, with "Resident Evil 9" featuring the title "Apocalypse" for its future release. It will feature many bosses in the game, but the main antagonist will be an entity named "Glaistig" with green and gold ornaments and a green gown.
The anonymous source said that the game takes inspiration from the "9th Moon Phase" which means "Apocalypse."
