The article noted that one of the smartphones expected to use the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip is the Honor Magic5. The specs of its upcoming lineup have also been revealed for buyers to know what exactly they will be getting.

Known Honor Magic5 Specs Regarding Its Camera and Screen

As per a Weibo tipster, the upcoming Honor Magic5 will come with significant specs. An example is the 6.8-inch customized quasi-high-rate flexible screen that the smartphone is expected to use.

The display will also come with certification for eye protection to help reduce the harmful effect smartphones have on one's eyes. The phone will also pack a 50MP super-large bottom main sensor with an AI-ISP.

The Smartphone is Expected to React Faster to Face Unlock

The Honor Magic5 will also offer an AON mode, which will help users achieve extremely low-power camera operations that come with an independent ISP. To add, the smartphone is also expected to react faster to face unlock.

The smartphone is also expected to have improved gesture control monitoring and a "cool start the camera." Regarding the Honor Magic5 release date, the smartphone is not expected to launch until sometime during the first quarter of 2023.
