NVIDIA has long been known to compete in the high-end GPU market but had somehow lacked affordable, updated graphics cards until the recent launch of its RTX 40 series. As of press time, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti dropped by 15%, making it even more affordable.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Spotted Selling at a Significant Discount on Amazon

According to the story by IGN, it was reported that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti was released back on May 24, and now, just about a month later, its price dropped to even more affordable levels. Upon launch, the graphics card was called the "first standalone RTX series card" that could be called "affordable."

The specific deal was for the MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 Ti on Amazon for an 8GB GDRR6 128-bit, 7680 x 4320 max resolution graphics card. The price of the graphics card was listed at $399.99, but because of the 15% discount, buyers can purchase the GPU at just $341.99.

The Graphics Card Performs 10-15% Better than the RTX 3060 Ti at 1080p

This was reportedly a $38 discount from the original listing for the graphics card that reportedly performs 10-15% compared to the RTX 3060 Ti at 1080p. This brings the performance of the RTX 4060 to the same level as the RTX 3070.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti can handle up to 1440p gaming but better handle 1080p performance. The GPU also comes with DLSS 3.0 and is capable of supporting games like "Hogwarts Legacy," "Diablo 4," and "Jedi Survivor."

It was noted that buyers that want a more powerful graphics card can buy the next NVIDIA model in the 40 series. The next one would be the RTX 4070, which was reportedly selling at a 10% discount as well.

A Higher-Spec Graphics Card Would be the RTX 4070, Which Also Sold at a Discount

This meant the graphics card dropping down to just $539.99 from it original $599.99 price. The 4070 is reportedly suggested for those that want to try out 1440p gaming for some of the latest titles in the market.

It's also important to note that gamers that struggle to get these specs on PC can also go a different route, which is to choose a gaming console instead. This is as gamers that want to purchase a GPU that is capable of 4K would need a more expensive option.

Fans Need to Clip the $38 Off Coupon from the Product Page to Avail the Discount

Should gamers not be satisfied with 1440p gaming, the next option would be to purchase the Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU, which was described as offering flagship level performance while still being affordable compared to other graphics cards, especially the GeForce offerings.

It was noted that to avail of the discount for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, buyers would need to clip the $38 off coupon from the product page. With the discount, buyers would be able to save over $50 on the GPU.
