Pawn Stars' Corey Harrison dropped a lot of weight as shown on TV.

The 31-year-old TV star reached over 400 pounds four years ago but when he started to be on preventive diabetes medication, he knew it was time to change. It was a wake-up call for Harrison, who immediately underwent Lap Band surgery which made him lose an impressive 192 pounds.

"I literally drove straight from the doctor to the lap-band center and had the surgery almost immediately," Harrison said. "Back then, the surgery was too expensive for my bank account, so I had to pay with four credit cards, but it was something I had to do - I was not going to get diabetes!"

Harrison dropped 50 pounds six months after he underwent the gastric band operation. He lost another 100 pounds in the first year and after losing so much weight, he said he could never go back to how he was before. He realized what he ate, how he ate it and what he did to himself. He said it was a WOW moment for him.

Harrison is excited to work out now. He boxes 12 rounds every day, five times a week. When he was in his teens, he used to love snowboarding but when he got into his 20s, he said he was too big to strap his feet in his boards. Now that he can finally touch his toes again, he could go snowboarding again and immediately got some new gear.

Harrison is always congratulated on his weight loss by fans who say he looks just like the guy from the TV show Pawn Stars but he looks much skinnier and better looking than the one onscreen. As Harrison slowly continued to shrink in the last three years, he has inspired his Pawn Stars fellow cast member and friend Austin "Chumlee" Russell into dropping some major pounds as well.

Russell says it is time for him to be healthy as well. Russell used to weigh 320 lbs. and now he is down to 225 lbs. He first eliminated processed foods except for mustard. Now, his motto is "everything in moderation."

Spinoff series Pawnography shows every Thursday on History at 10:00 P.M. EST.
