Welcome to Earth-2, or so states a new promotional trailer teasing next week's episode of The Flash. This is the Team Flash trip the entire second season of the show has led up to, and it looks like it will finally happen next week.

In the trailer, which shows events that happen on Earth-2, Barry runs into his double, as well as meets Killer Frost again (Caitlin Snow's double), who hangs around with Deathstorm (Ronnie Raymond's Earth-2 double). It seems that things get a little confusing - like they usually do when there are multiple universes involved - and, in the trailer, Killer Frost has trouble determining which Barry is from which world.

"You will see things that look and feel familiar, but they're not," warns Jay Garrick before Barry, Wells and Cisco jump into the portal. "Do not let yourself get sucked in emotionally."

That is, obviously, easier said than done.

Here's the official description for the episode, aptly titled, "Welcome to Earth-2:"

"Barry (Grant Gustin), Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) journey to Earth-2 to rescue Wells' daughter, Jesse (guest star) from Zoom. Barry is stunned when he runs into Earth-2 Iris (Candice Patton) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin), but nothing prepares him for meeting Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) and Deathstorm (guest star Robbie Amell). Meanwhile, back on Earth-1, Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) has to take over the Flash's responsibilities when a meta-human nicknamed Geomancer (guest star Adam Stafford) attacks Central City."

The Flash executive producer Andrew Kreisberg recently teased that the trip to Earth-2 will affect Cisco.

"He's going to have some interesting experiences on Earth-2," said Kreisberg to Entertainment Weekly. "He's going to be starting to embrace his power a little bit more. At the beginning of the season, he was quite terrified of what it meant. We're now slowly transitioning into him not being quite as scared as he used to be and really seeing the value of doing what he can do. As Obi-Wan Kenobi once said to Luke Skywalker, he's ready to take the first step into a larger world."

The Flash airs at 8 p.m. EST Tuesdays on The CW.
