Ubisoft has previously stated that it is compensating unfortunate players who had encountered backpack and missing character bugs.

In the latest State of the Game update from Tom Clancy's The Division, we now have further details as to what these compensations will have in store for gamers.

Phoenix Credits and high-end crafting materials will be released to affected players in the next few days. These in-game compensations should be waiting in their accounts once they log in.

A total of 500 Phoenix Credits will be given to players who experienced either one of the abovementioned bugs along with 10 pieces each of tools, electronics, division tech, weapon parts, and fabrics – all high-end.

It might take some time, however, for the items to appear, but developers reassure players that they will get to all the accounts affected by the bugs gradually. If not in the coming days, then probably over the next few weeks.

Alongside these major bug compensation rewards, players who had been affected by the mission daily bug in the past few days where game stats and data would not update will be given 150 Phoenix Credits as compensation. Players will have to log in this weekend to get the credits.

For current bug fixes, those who still encounter missing characters on their selection screen can just go ahead and enter the game where their characters will be waiting for them. According to GameSpot, some user interfaces (UI) might not display correctly but "these don't reflect the state of a character once the game is fully loaded."

The backpack issue has been resolved with Update 1.1 but there have been reports of ongoing isolated cases. These issues stem from different bug sources not related to the previous backpack bug. The Division developers are in the process of determining the causes of these prevalent issues and urge users to report a glitch as soon as they encounter one.

Lastly, a patch fix will soon be released for the Falcon Lost exploit. Recent reports have detailed that Ubisoft will not tolerate players who take advantage of in-game exploits and will ban accounts found guilty.
