If you've been eyeing the Apple Watch but the price has been a deterrent, you're in luck! How? Retailer Best Buy has deeply discounted the Apple Watch for a limited period.
Thanks to the Best Buy Weekend Sale, consumers can now save $200 on two variants of the smartwatch. This is an online-only promotion which will run from April 22 to April 25.
The Apple smartwatches on which you can save $200 are the 38mm and 42mm versions of the Apple Watch with Milanese Loop. This is basically the Stainless Steel Case variant and usually costs $699 and $640 for the 42mm and 38mm versions, respectively. However, thanks to the Best Buy offer you will be able to purchase them for $499 (42mm) and $449 (38mm).
The Stainless Steel Apple Watch variant is not the only model which Best Buy has discounted on its online store. You can also grab the Black Sport Band with Space Black Stainless Steel case version on sale for $349.00 (38mm) or $449.00 (38mm) instead of $549 and $599.
The $200 savings offer will be running all weekend on Best Buy's official website. One may get similar sale offers on other Apple smartwatches in Best Buy's brick and mortar stores, but it is subject to stock availability. The $200 savings as part of the four-day sale is restricted to online purchases and only the abovementioned models.
If you already own the entry level smartwatch, the sale is the perfect opportunity to bid adieu to the Sport model and upgrade to the Stainless Steel variant instead.
The Best Buy sale is not limited to the Apple Watch alone and also extends to the MacBook Air and the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
The 4 GB MacBook Air will set one back by $749.99 instead of $899 for the 11-inch model and $849.99 instead of $999.99 for the 13-inch model – a savings of $150.
Best Buy has also slashed the price of some 13-inch models of the MacBook Pro by $225. The deals are as follows:
Non-Retina MacBook Pro (4 GB memory and 500 GB HD) for $874.99 instead of $1099.99
Retina MacBook Pro (8 GB memory and 128 GB Flash Storage) for $1074.99 instead of $1299.99
