Many players who purchased the "Underground" DLC for The Division now report that they can't find it within the game.

Ubisoft has confirmed that there was an issue with the DLC not showing up in-game, but the company has already fixed the problem. However, players still complain that the DLC is difficult to find.

There are a few things that players can do, though, to get the "Underground" content to show up. Ubisoft took to Twitter to let players know that they will need to restart their game if they haven't done so recently. The new DLC should show up after that.

If that doesn't work, then Ubisoft also suggests that players who received the DLC through the game's Season Pass should make sure to unlock the DLC from within The Division game store. Players can do this by finding "Underground" in the game's store and then follow the instructions from there, which state to "click purchase and the game will detect that you own the season pass."

If it still doesn't show up, though, players should restart the Uplay client on the PC. If "Underground" shows up there as "offline," players must complete the Secure Quarantine Center side mission to get it "online." That mission is available from the game's map.

There are still other problems, though, that Ubisoft needs to address with The Division, including connectivity problems, as well as long waiting queues. The game seems plagued with other problems, too, including issues with exploits that give cheaters easy access to manipulating the game in their favor.

"Underground" is the first expansion for The Division and brings new missions and stories to players, including taking down Cleaners inspired by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. It also brings new gear sets and weapons to the game, as well as takes players underneath the island of Manhattan, into its subway tunnels and other areas beneath the city. "Underground" also features new randomly generated missions with varying degrees of difficulty.

"Underground" arrives on the PC and Xbox One on June 28 and the PlayStation 4 on August 2. The DLC also comes with a patch that should fix certain bugs and glitches in The Division.
