Man of Steel writer, David Goyer, is reportedly working on a new DC TV show, and it has nothing to do with any of our favorite heroes. In fact, this rumored TV show is similar to Gotham, but on a different planet, a planet called Krypton.

With the current success of Gotham, it is very much clear why DC would consider tackling a story about Krypton before the whole world came to ruins, and before Superman was born. Truthfully, we have no idea what the story arc would be about if the TV show is in the works, but we have some ideas.

The best thing DC can do here with a TV show about Krypton is to center the story around the House of EL. A similar setting to Krypton in Man of Steel would be nice, but we're not certain if Warner Bros. would be willing to spend that much to bring the world to life in such a fashion.

Flying dragons and other creatures would be difficult to pull off on TV, unless the plan is to show these animals on rare occasions. Game of Thrones have no problem showing off three dragons, but whenever we see them, they are either not doing much or having to contend with a short action scenes.

We'd also love to see the relationship between Jor-EL and Zod as they were good friends before Krypton came to ruins. Krypton is also a place that is very political, so focusing a lot on that would be a great idea in our eyes.

Furthermore, we all know what caused Krypton to fall apart, but the things that lead up to that mighty event is the central story arc this TV show should follow. We don't need a show that comes up with weekly villains, because that just wouldn't work.

Additionally, we know that Doomsday was created on Krypton. The character was killed repeatedly to become the perfect weapon, so if the TV show is real, we'd like to see what caused Kryptonian scientists to be this cruel, and who or what was the threat.

What about Brainiac?

We're not sure if he should show up at all, though he is responsible for shrinking and stealing Kandor, the capital city of Superman's home planet Krypton.
