We've seen several fan-made movie trailers in recent times, and most of them tend to turn out well. However, there's a new one on the scene called Marvel vs. DC, and it is indeed quite epic. It was created by the same guy who did the Suicide Squad trailer, but that was not even close to the awesomeness of this new trailer.

The man who built the trailer is no other than Alex Luthor, no relations to billionaire, Lex Luthor. As expected, he used several movies, TV shows, and video games to patch this trailer together, and of course anyone with mild editing skills can do something similar.

However, the way he did it, it made us believe that a film of such magnitude could be a possibility. He made sure to use the trailer to explain how these two universes came together in the first place, and it was brilliant from a comic-book fan point of view.
Almost every Marvel and DC films were used to make this video possible and also a few scenes from certain video games as well.

We particularly like the way he used a quote from the recent Godzilla film, "Let Them Fight," and boy, they did just that. Superman did battle with both Thor and the Hulk, while at one point Batman went up against Iron Man.

A few smart editing allowed viewers to see the Flash going up against Quicksilver from the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron movie. Aquaman from the Smallville series was also used, along with Wonder Woman from the failed TV series that was never picked up by a single network.

The whole thing in our mind was fun to watch. It makes us wish we could eventually see a film like this for real. It may happen one day, but let's face it, it will not happen in our lifetime all. As long as Marvel and DC are successful and as long as the rivalry stays healthy, such a film would not be required.

Then again, anything is possible in Hollywood. We've seen the impossible made possible, so we will not completely write off a Marvel vs. DC cinematic movie just yet.
