The Samsung Galaxy S10 is among the most impressive phones to launch so far in 2019. It's packed with features, sports a premium design, and delivers a fast, lag-free experience to boot. That's why it's no surprise it's on the expensive end of the smartphone market with an $899.99 starting price.

That said, it seems crazy to use it as a daily driver without any sort of protection. A screen replacement isn't exactly cheap, and it's difficult to repair, after all. In other words, what owners need is a good, reliable case, and here are five worth considering:

ArmadilloTek Vanguard Series

To start things off, the Vanguard Series of ArmadilloTek is the rugged case for the butterfingered Galaxy S10 owner. Touted to be shockproof and drop-proof with a triple-layer design, it can protect the phone from just about any kind of impact. It's functional too, with its very own built-in kickstand, and it's compatible with wireless charging as well.

It's $21 on Amazon and comes in a variety of colors, such as pink, purple, black, white, and more.

Spigen Neo Hybrid

The Neo Hybrid case from Spigen doesn't just look great, but it also does a good job in keeping the phone safe. It's a combination of a polycarbonate frame and a TPU body that's capable of absorbing shocks and impacts. According to the manufacturer, it's optimized for wireless charging and designed with tactile buttons that are easy to press.

It's available at Amazon with a $14 starting price and comes in Gunmetal (as pictured), Burgundy, Arctic Silver, and Midnight Black.

Samsung LED Wallet Cover

As an official case from Samsung, the LED Wallet Cover is easily one of the best out there for the Galaxy S10. It made the phone, after all, so it understands its design better than any other company out there.

Now the LED lights on it can display things like notifications and the time, and it has a pocket on the inside for credit cards and the like.

It's $65 on the official Samsung website and $47 on Amazon and comes in black, green, and white.

Snakehive Leather Wallet

Another good wallet case for the Galaxy S10 is the Leather Wallet from Snakehive. It's made of, well, leather and has three interior pockets for cards. Not only that, but it also doubles as a kickstand with multiple viewing angles.

It's $37 at Amazon, and it's available in black, brown, gold, dark green, navy blue, and plum.

Totallee Thin

The Totallee Thin case isn't rugged. In fact, it isn't even thick at all. It's the ultra-thin case for Galaxy S10 owners who don't want the bulk and weight of a case but want the added protection.

It's $25 on Amazon and comes in Frosted Clear and Solid Black. There's also a $20 option for the Clear (Soft) version.
