What Are The New Set of Challenges
TNTina's Trial is themed after one of the new character skins you may be able to unlock with the Season 2 Battle Pass. Most of the challenged are easy enough that revolve around explosives because, as the name suggests, of the trials anyway. It will ask you to drop at three specific points which are Hydro 16, The Rig, and Logjam Woodworks.

If you are still unsure, it really is easy enough because they are all located in the south-western part of the map; really, it's a no brainer even your dog can spot them right away.

Let's use the grid squares, shall we? The Rig is located at tile B7, Lojam Woodworks is north-east in the grid square of B6, last pad to go to is Hydro 16, which is on the western edge of a lake in the southern portion of the island. Again, easy.
What To Do To Complete The Challenges
All you need to do is simply land at each of the three sites or landmarks. Pro tip: don't focus on killing but actually just landing on those spots and finish the challenge as soon as possible. It will net you a nice chunk of XP and closer to unlocking more of that Battle Pass rewards that you deserve.
Season two of Fortnite is rumored to be ending in April, so you still have a good month and plenty of challenges to conquer before getting everything you paid for in that battle pass.
