Google's Stadia Premiere Edition is now down to $99. This includes a Clearly White Stadia Controller, three months of Stadio Pro, and a Chromecast ultra. These accessories from Google are all usually sold at $69 each while the three-month subscription costs about $29.97

On top of all of this, the Stadia Premiere Edition provides users with 2k streaming quality, HDR, Surround sound, and seven games that are available to play. Namely, Thumper, Destiny 2: The CollectionGrid, SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech, Metro Exodus, Gylt, and SteamWorld Dig 2,

This is Google's first Stadia discount

Since it had launched in November 2019, this is Stadia's first discount to be announced and released to the public. Although they did have a bundle with Nest Wifi during Black Friday.

Other than the Buddy Pass, the Premiere Edition is till the only way for users and gamers to access the streaming service today.

The entire bundle usually costs about $129, but this had been slashed down to $99, starting from 9 pm until 11:59 pm PT on March 20. Though future customers should know that even though Stadia is available in 14 countries, the deal is only applicable to those who live in the United States.

This Stadia Premiere discount will launch the same day as with Doom Eternal at $59.99 for Standard Edition and $89.99 for the Deluxe Edition.

It will be interesting to see what other offers this company will be releasing in the future, especially since they will be competing against Sony and Microsoft's next-generation consoles, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

In a previous report of Tech Times, Sony and Microsoft both went in different directions with their specs. Sony focused more on graphics, while Microsoft focused on power. Sony's Playstation 5 recently unveiled the specs for their next-generation console, and everyone got excited to take a deep dive into the details.

When it comes to performance and storage, Xbox Series X has the upper hand on this-being that the Series X, when compared to the PS5, weighs in more power with the CPU cores that are nicely clocked in at 3.8GHz along with SMT or simultaneous multithreading-leaving behind Sony's Playstation 5 with only 3.5GHz.

Though both will be offering backward compatibility that supports old games from old consoles, like from the original Xbox, Xbox 360, and the recent Xbox One for Microsoft. On the other hand, Sony's support will be pretty much limited since they have the PSVR to think about.

Some great games to be playable upon launching, this includes Godfall and a new game from the studio that brought us Uncharted and Shadow of the colossus. Unfortunately, there is still no word on what games Xbox Series X will be launching with on the event that they release the next-gen console.
