Mark William 'The Undertaker' Calaway, 55, is now officially retiring from his wrestling arena days in the World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE). The American professional wrestler announced his decision in the last episode of his documentary series, 'The Last Ride.' Though he already gave up his position as the greatest wrestler in the world, based on the 2013 Digital Spy poll, 'The Undertaker' may consider returning to the arena once this happens.

No more 'The Undertaker' on the ring?

Do you still remember the classic wrestler of all time, 'The Undertaker'? If yes, here's bad news for you. One of the most frightening wrestlers in WWE has now retired from his arena days.

According to his interview on the last episode of 'The Last Ride,' after making his debut in 1990, The Undertaker said that "it's time that the cowboy rides away."

He explains that it is now time for 'new guys' to come up and join the increasing population of wrestlers in the world. The Undertaker also said that he felt that he has 'nothing left to conquer and accomplish' in the same arena. Therefore, making his final decision to end his career for several decades.

"This documentary has helped me discover that and opened my eyes to the bigger picture and not judge myself as harshly these last few years," said him. "I can do more good outside the ring than I can inside. I'm finally at a place where I can accept that."

Calaway is now living with his third wife, a former wrestler Michelle McCool, with their first child. He explains that he is now in a place where he can just sit around and ride his bike all day. To give hopes to the fans, The Undertaker said that he thinks about this decision many times before finalizing it. Until, he asked himself, "are you happy enough of that?"

"It was a powerful moment. You don't necessarily always get those. If there was ever a perfect ending to a career, that right there was it," he said.

Just pull The Undertaker

Though technically, The Undertaker already gave up his career for a simple living, away-from-the-arena lifestyle, he still said on the interview that there are still enough reasons for him to come back inside the arena, anytime he wants.

However, he will only do it for emergency or once another professional wrestler Vincent Kennedy McMahon returns to the arena.

"If Vince was in a pinch, would I come back? I guess time would only tell there. In case of emergency, break glass, you pull out The Undertaker. I would consider it," explains him. "[But] at this point in my career, I have no desire to get back in the ring."
