Nintendo Wire on Monday revealed details on Samsung and Pokémon Go, saying that the Summer of Galaxy promo from the tech company is now in full swing, as they continue to attract fans anywhere in the world. The action plan: purchase their new 5G smartphone.
These 5G smartphones, known on where the game will run best, are sold in both flagship and mid-range phones for everyone looking for the right device where to have these games.
On the other hand, these promotions were launched the previous week with incentives on meal delivery and credits from Galaxy Store. The tech company is now distributing more incentives, such as the exclusive avatars from Pokémon Go.
How to get the avatar
The incentives are available to those who purchase the Galaxy S20 5G handset, the Galaxy A71 5G in the U.S., and the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G throughout the end of July. These customers will also get their free annual subscription with Postmates Unlimited. The service originally costs $99 annually, with free delivery on a minimum basket amounting to $12.
There will also be $25 worth of Postmates credit, and $50 worth of credit from Galaxy Store.
This week's reward is the avatar that matches with tie dye shirt and headdress. The tie dye dress is available only with the Summer of Galaxy promo by Samsung.
To unlock these features, players of Pokémon Go may redeem the code in the Summer of Galaxy Owner Rewards Portal. They will have to head over to Niantic's Redemption portal to be able to unlock the avatars. Starting on Monday, these avatars became available for the demand.
