A new limited special edition of Nintendo Switch is coming near the holidays this year. Epic Games popular battle-royale video game Fortnite will have its partnership with Nintendo to give us, Nintendo Switch-Fortnite gaming console. Who's excited?

Are you ready for October 30?

On Oct. 30, Fortnite and Nintendo Switch are set to release its first Nintendo Switch-Fortnite gaming console.

If you're a fan of the game, this console is the perfect early Christmas present for you. As first reported via The Verge on Thursday, Sept. 10, this Fortnite-themed Switch console will be released on Oct. 30 for Europe and South Africa.

For those living in Australia and New Zealand, this console will be available on Nov. 6.

Sadly, U.S. buyers may have to wait for long so long time as there are still no announcements regarding a release date in America.

What you'd be getting

If you were to get one of these consoles, what are the things you will be having?

NintendoLife reported that the Fortnite-themed Switch contains blue and yellow Joy-Cons for controls. It also has a cute design of its Switch dock emblazoned with popular Fortnite faces of Fishstick, Peely, and Meowscles!

The console will also have a pre-installed Fortnite game, of course. Not only that, but the pack also contains a new skin, two Wildcat, which itself has two styles and back bling. If that's not yet enough, buyers will also receive 2000 V-Bucks, Fortnite's in-game currency.

Is this an answer vs. Apple?

We all heard about the recent legal battle between Apple and Fortnite's developer Epic Games. As of now, this has not yet ended.

But rumors say that the new Fortnite-themed Switch console could be the answer of Epic against Apple. After all, Apple's App Store first removed the battle-royale game to their system due to an in-game payment conflict.

So far, Tech Times has reported that Apple did an 'indefinite extension' of 'Sign in with Apple' support for Epic Games accounts, which was originally planned to end after Friday, Sept. 11.

Epic Games told the media that they have no idea about the extended 'Sign in' format of Apple. However, the company still said in a tweet that players should now look for alternatives from the App Store.

Epic recommends users to prepare their accounts to remove the option and go with Epic's email log-in option instead.
