The Halloween season is coming soon! Are the candies ready for 'trick or treat'? For all Animal Crossing: New Horizons players, this season is a special one. Here's why.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Halloween season is here!

Since its pandemic, Halloween parties or children looking for 'trick and treat' candies will no longer be allowed, compared before.

Luckily, Nintendo Switch's Animal Crossing: New Horizons has a suggestion to make on the Oct. 31 Halloween holiday. Why not spend it with the game?

Animal Crossing's next big update will soon arrive on the game. Starting on Sept. 30, the 'Halloween' theme and fall season update of the Nintendo Switch game will feature a whole new different world for its players.

Let's say the game will be spookier than ever. And will help you meet 'Jack,' the 'czar of Halloween.'

As Nintendo describes:

Neighbors will gather in the plaza, which will be adorned with an array of Halloween decorations. You'll also receive a visit from a mysterious guest, Jack, the "czar of Halloween." By giving Jack lollipops and candy, you'll earn spooky in-game rewards. Be sure to save some candy for your neighbors, too, or you might get pranked! Luckily, you can learn a couple of new Reactions to properly express your feelings of fear.

In case you don't know yet, a lot of things are inlined with this new update. Not to mention what's happening on Halloween day itself!

Here are some of the fun things you can do on Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the upcoming latest update:

Prep for Halloween candies

Before the Oct. 31 date comes, Animal Crossing New Horizons will already give out new items on the chart to start you off with real nice decoration on Halloween.

Speaking of new items, players of the game can soon start prepping and buying candies for the upcoming 'trick or treat.' What is Halloween if there are no candies, right?

Once the date comes, make sure to allocate first each of your candies fair and nice. After all, you need to give some to your neighbors, and provide more for the mysterious guest, Jack, the "czar of Halloween."

Grow pumpkin for DIY recipes

One of the fun and coolest things to try out on the game is the ability to grow your own pumpkin! That's right. Aside from candies, another necessary thing to make Halloween complete is a scary pumpkin.

These pumpkins can be used for DIY decorations or even recipes you cannot imagine you can do.

Any ideas for the costume?

When everything is set, don't forget to wear the best Halloween costume you can wear!

Whether you like to be a scary witch or even a blood-sucking vampire, Animal Crossing would love to see you wear it! If you like to be unique, there are other ways to make it happen. Just be creative
