  • The first thing you need to do is to click on the down arrow, which is located in the upper right corner of your screen. Once you are there, all you need to do so follow these options; "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings."
  • After that, you need to click the "Your Facebook Information" in the left-hand column and then choose the "Download Your Information" option, which is in the center of your screen.
  • You can also select which data you want to save. Once you are ready, all you need to do is click the "Create File" option. Facebook will notify you through your email if your file is ready.
  • Once you received the email, you can now delete your Facebook account permanently. If you decided to say goodbye to FB, there are still other unpopular apps you can try.
