Xio is the latest 5-star character to join the game "Genshin Impact's" roster as part of the recent 1.3 update. His new banner called the "Invitation to Mundane Life" would last from today all up to February 17.

'Genshin Impact' Xiao weapon: Primordial Jade-Winged Spear
One of the best-in-slot weapons for Xiao. This is due to the weapon's crit rate stat as well as its inherent effect, namely the ATK increase along with a maximum of seven stacks. It also has an overall DMG increase once players are able to max stacks.

The Gladiator set would come from the Spiral Abyss chest rewards (adds 15% Anemo damage bonus) and the Viridescent Venerer set would come from the Valley of Remembrance domain (adds 18% ATK).
'Genshin Impact' Xiao talents: The Bane of All Evil to Whirlwind Thrust/Lemniscatic Wind Cycling
Xiao could use Prosperity books and slime components in order to level-up his talents. His own burst/ult or "Bane of All Evil" is said to be the player's go-to ability once it is available. This converts all of Xiao's given damage into Anemo while also increasing the character's attack's DPS and AoE.
The "Lemniscatic Wind Cycling", however, is not as powerful. Users can most likely use this in order to gain certain elemental orbs. It is also important to note that each successful dash attack would then generate three different particles.

'Genshin Impact' Xiao anemo character
Xiao is said to be an anemo elemental damage dealer that works by wielding a polearm. It's pretty obvious that the ascension material for any of the anemo characters are the vayuda turquoise fragment, sliver, chunk, and even gemstones. These particular materials can be obtained by actually trouncing the games' anemo hypostasis, according to an article by SportsKeeda.
It was also stated that in order to upgrade Xiao's own talents within "Genshin Impact", the players will now need teachings of prosperity, the guide to prosperity, as well as the philosophies of prosperity. In order to upgrade the said talents past level sixx, players will now need the "Shadow of the warrior" that can reportedly be obtained through defeating "Childe" the weekly boss. In order to level up the character's talents above level 10, players would then need the "Crown of Insight."
