How to Get a Job at Google According to Current Employee
According to the recent post by Google's Blog, a current employee named Asaf Paz works as an Agency Lead for Google Customer Solutions and has recently taken his role last January 2020. Pre-pandemic, Paz was expecting a role in Google to be in an office setup, which he has also taken during the time.
Paz has talked about his experiences in the internet company, which has been something that he greatly treasures and he has been faced with a lot of questions regarding ways on "How to Get a Job at Google." The Googler said that the process is simple, and it starts with a simple process of applying for the said job vacancy as found on Google's website.
Google Careers can be accessed and seen by everyone for the different job vacancies, positions, and offers for the Mountain View company's global operation, spanning to various countries. Here, interested applicants may search for a job within their location, or search for a position that best suits their career path.
Respect the Process
Paz then suggested that interested applicants should pursue what they want, but "treat the process with respect," as it is something which extends to the applicant, not the other way around. The Googler added that the job seeker should prepare themselves for the upcoming steps, along with asking questions from the employer "as much as you can."
