Lenovo decided to conduct a survey to know the experience of women when playing online and offline games. The giant tech firm's latest 2021 Game Survey revealed that most female gamers are currently posing as men.

Based on the details that the giant Chinese multinational technology company released, around 60% of women players are pretending to be men so that they won't get harassed. On the other hand, some of them confirmed that they are changing their genders on the game so that male gamers will leave them alone.
This just shows how various gaming platforms are now becoming more toxic.

Competitors play video games on monitors during the Major League Gaming Pro Circuit event June 8, 2007 at the Meadowlands Expo Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Over 2,500 pro and amateur gamers from across North America have converged onto the Meadowlands Expo Center to compete in the games Halo 2, Rainbow Six Vegas, and Gears of War. The gamers will compete over three days for up to $20,000 in prizes.
