There are multiple sources for the release date leaks of "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2" to come soon from Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts. One of which is from Jeff Grubb, one of the primary sources of the said leak. The leaker said that EA is planning to reveal the game for this year and soon release it for the world.

Another leaker named Jamie Moran also said that there would be an announcement to watch of the "Jedi: Fallen Order 2," thus confirming that there is indeed a sequel for the title.

As a Padawan that survived the "Order 66" event after "Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith," he discovers his true path and must survive everything coming at him as one of the remaining Jedis in existence.

"Jedi: Fallen Order 2" will pick up on the story of Kostis on his quest to survive and train his powers better. It may be so that the sequel would feature a time jump to when he is building up the Jedi order again or seeking out Luke Skywalker, the galaxy's hope.
