"Pokemon Sword and Shield" is hosting a slur or International Challenges for trainers to join and have a chance to catch limited and exclusive Pokemon in the game. For the February, March, and April International Challenges, Shiny Galarian Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno are coming up for grabs to trainers by participating in the competition.

'Pokemon Sword and Shield' International Challenges

The game announcement talked about three International Challenges in the coming months until the Spring season for gamers to enjoy. It also brings the opportunity to own three of the legendary Kanto region Pokemon that are in their exclusive Shiny Galarian forms, which is a rarity in the game.

It is important to note that there will be a few important dates to remember as registration will come early before the actual event where trainers can participate.

Pokemon Verse in the Nintendo Switch Console Now

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are not backing down from releasing multiple games from its popular franchise now, especially with its popularity.

"Pokemon Brilliant Pearl and Shining Diamond" was already released last October, and it received a mixed review from fans and enthusiasts that knew the game before. It initially saw a Nintendo DS release that the public received well and praised for its massive changes that bring a 3D integration to Pokemon, not something that its remake enjoys.

On the other hand, gamers are now seeing the release of "Pokemon Legends: Arceus" or the prequel to the Pokemon saga decades before the first "Pokemon Red." The game focuses on the origins of the Pokedex and its upbringing in the world with creatures.

"Pokemon Sword and Shield" may be a release from three years ago, but it still presents a popular take on the game, especially with online International Challenges such as the ones coming in new months.
