Meta Watch's CEO shared why their new NFTs are revolutionary. He even said that their company's technique, which is unbundling design from hardware, can be a key idea in the future.

Martin Welker explained that Meta Watch is a project of their company, Exonic, a software developer. Before they started the NFT project, he said he was an investor, purchasing CryptoPunk as one of his collections.
However, he added that he prefers to make his own NFTs rather than purchasing them from other digital designers. Because of this, they decided to work on their in-house NFT collection called Meta Watch.

During the interview, Meta Watch's CEO said that since he is working in a software company, they consider creating long-term projects that can last for decades.

Instead of designing and developing NFTs that are static images, they created some visual representations of various wristwatches that are functioning.
This means that the Meta Watches NFTs can accurately tell you the current time. This blockchain innovation is interesting because it offers the virtual counterparts of traditional watches, such as Rolex and other big names.
Since it doesn't require hardware, Meta Watches will never go out of stock. Another thing that makes this NFT project unique is that no watch is the same as the other.
"They are mostly generated from an algorithm that combines several traits and out together one piece," said Welker.
He added that just like CryptoPunk and other NFTs with a wide range of variations, Meta Watch's digital watches are similar but will not offer duplicate versions.
Meta Watch's NFT Collections
Meta Watch's official website explained that they want to provide a global luxury brand for cross-platform watches, saying that they are now making efforts to become the Tesla version of the current luxury wristwatches.
"A long road is still ahead of us. We see so much potential and have so many ideas for the future and would love to develop the roadmap together with you," said the Meta Watch association.
As of the moment, Exonic's NFT project offers three Meta Watch non-fungible collections. These include the following:
- The GM (Good Morning) Collection: Consists of only 17 unique pieces.
- Analog Summer Collection: Consists of 1234 unique NFT watch assets, algorithmically generated, living on the Ethereum blockchain.
- The Schachter Welker Collection: A set of unique Meta Watches to be exhibited in Miami.
