Elon Musk talked about how much powerful the Raptor engines are, and SpaceX's design is something that the company boasts of for its soon performance with Starship. However, during this revelation, Musk also implied that there is nothing that can compare to the Raptor engines on its power output.
The CEO said that Tesla's electric motors could not compete with the Raptor.
Tesla's Electric Motors Cannot Compete with the Raptor

Musk answered a question that runs long for Tesla and SpaceX fans, particularly those that think that the Raptor engines may completely look into its transition to electric power. The tech CEO said that Tesla's electric motors and batteries could not compete with the Raptor engines that power the spacecraft of SpaceX.
The statement is massive, and coming from the founder and engineer himself, it may be something that the company would not showcase to the public in the coming years. However, it may soon happen for the company, but it would take a long time and advanced technology to turn SpaceX's operations electric, like Tesla.
The Raptor engine's power for the Starship's 33-engine layout can output three gigawatts, something batteries and motors cannot match, says the CEO.

No Electric Motors for SpaceX's Starship?
Online blogger, Everyday Astronaut, talked about a theoretical use of the Tesla Model S Plaid version's power output, and it is about its capabilities to power Russia's RD-170 engine for its spacecraft. The content creator said that it might take at least 676 electric motors of the vehicle to power the rocket, and it does not yet include the number of batteries needed.

The multi-tech CEO previously hinted about making an electric jet, something that he pitched to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark. The tech CEO's line in the 2010 movie, "Iron Man 2," is something that he casually brought up back in 2020, and despite it being a hint, many people believe that it is something under development.
However, in his previous tweet about the Raptor and electric motors, there may be disputes about it.
There was also something that Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates, mentioned in an interview, and apart from looking down on Tesla's capabilities, the tech magnate also said that electric airplanes or jets are not possible. That is because the batteries that will power its electric motors would be too heavy for a massive vehicle.
There are many hindrances to creating an electric airplane, particularly with a heavy electric drive system and its batteries. Musk's opinion weighs in on a massive point, particularly when saying that the Raptor engine is powerful enough to bring cargo to space, but not open up the possibility of an electric motor to power the Starship.
