Whether people do it for fun via TikTok trends, they do it alone, or with friends and family, getting up from the sofa or bed and busting a move is one form of activity that may contribute to their wellness. The public should take every form of physical activity as something to do, and it also includes the artistic expression that also provides entertainment, which is dancing.
