Essentially, this is a new job opening in Neuralink, and the CEO expressed an advertisement for positions in the company, signifying a need for new employees in its latest project.

There are many reports regarding Neuralink's latest ventures for morbid obesity, and it talks about the use of the brain implant for another purpose.

On Twitter, Musk said that Neuralink for morbid obesity is "certainly physically possible," further explaining how the company would work on providing a solution to the health problem that many Americans suffer from in the present.
