Neuralink is Now Looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist: What are the Qualifications?

A new job listing for a Clinical Trial Director opened up at Neuralink, and it is now the talk of the town for the next steps the company will take for its tech. Elon Musk's famous neuroscience company is now in search of a professional that will help in administering the brain implants during this experimental stage at the company.

The job listing says that the new director will coordinate with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and it talks about the licensing of the implants it will soon feature. For now, the search only focuses on the director's arrival and not volunteers for the brain implant technology for humans.

Bloomberg's report stated that the director would also work with the participants of Neuralink but did not state whether it is for the implants.

Researchers outline the ethical questions surrounding BCI tech.

Human trials are still in the grey area for Neuralink, but speculations say it is close to reality following a job opening for the director of the clinical trials.

Musk and Neuralink's vision will come soon, especially for what it offers in the company. The CEO initially boasted of a "symbiosis" between technology, via the implants, and humans. Effectively, brain implants will help improve a person's overall performance with the help of technology.

Neuralink: Taking Long for Human Implants?

Neuralink sure took a long time since its initial blast of marketing from the company, the public, and of course, the showcases made by Elon Musk in 2020. The brain implant brought speculations regarding its technology, especially if it will turn into a "Black Mirror" episode in real life where tech takes a wrong turn for the worse.

Last year, the public saw the takeoff of Neuralink's co-founder Max Hodak with his reason leaning towards looking at new opportunities to take. Hodak's departure from the company is not a bitter take of leaving it entirely to Musk's hands, and it shows a lot to Neuralink, focusing on its innovation and soon role as a healthcare provider.

Nevertheless, the search for its next clinical trial director is massive for the company as it indicates only one thing and that it is ready for the next step for the implants. However, it is fair to say that the tech did not display its readiness for the implants and leaves the public to speculate whether its trials will be for humans or animals, like what it revealed the last time.
