"TensorFlow Lite will leverage a new neural network API to tap into silicon-specific accelerators, and over time we expect to see digital processing chips specifically designed for neural network inference and training," said Google.

The tech giant manufacturer added that the new capabilities of TensorFlow Lite will enhance next-gen visual research, on-device speech processing, and augmented reality.

Because of this, Google said that the new TensorLite Flow framework would make next-gen mobile hardware more advanced. For the past few years, app developers have needed a massive amount of computational power just to build advanced machine learning applications.

Now, once the new TensorFlow Lite is widely implemented, application experts are expected to have easier machine learning processes.

TensorFlow Lite's Other Details

TensorFlow's official website explained that the new AI-based framework offers different curriculums that app developers can use to enhance their skills. These include the following:

  • Basic machine learning with TensorFlow (for beginners)
  • TensorFlow for JavasScript development (for beginners)
  • Theoretical and advanced machine learning with TensorFlow (for intermediate and experts)

Aside from these, the new TensorFlow Lite also offers pre-trained models, such as the following:

  • Object Detection (features that can detect multiple objects contained in boxes)
  • Image Classification (features that can identify animals, plants, places, people, and other objects)
  • Gesture Recognition (features that can identify user gestures via webcams)

Meanwhile, the new Google Nest Camera Alexa support feature is expected to arrive on new models.

On the other hand, the new Google Web3 team is expected to help businesses create their own Web3 systems.
