The Google Bay View campus is one extravagant build, but what is more important than its facade is the massive area where employees can work and unwind.

According to a press release written by Google's Vice President, Real Estate & Workplace Services' David Radcliffe, the new office campus is for the employees to have a massive space. The new Google Bay View campus is a first for the internet company, as it is not all about making campuses or offices that focus on a massive location. However, the focus on this is to provide a sustainable workplace that borders on an "all-electric, net water positive campus with the largest geothermal installation in North America."

Google and its New Campus

Google said that it is not all about campuses and massive offices, but it needs one as the company has many operations and employees to continue the corporation's daily ventures. One of the main focuses of the company is its return to office which will have most employees reporting daily or in a hybrid work setup as established by the pandemic.

Alongside this, a long-time plan to create its first Google campus that stems back to 2017 during its first groundbreaking-also debuted the new office compound of the company. It recently cut the ribbon that signifies its opening for all Google employees, and it will be one sight to see for those returning to work and heading over to its new office.

The goal of the new office space is to provide a place where Googlers will feel at home, and relaxed during their stay and day at work. The executive said that it is for the employees to have a work environment that does not feel cramped or inside a boxed-up building or office, with its massive size and expansive design.
