Elon Musk confirms that its Tesla employees that have the luxury of owning the company's electric vehicles are also receiving the Full-Self Driving feature that the company offers for all its cars. The FSD is limited to those with high driving safety scores as determined by the vehicle's systems before allowing the beta feature to work on the car.

Tesla is now allowing employees to let FSD drive them from work to home and vice versa, according to a satire tweet.

A tweet by an online blogger, Whole Mars Catalog, uses a satirical article to commend Elon Musk's move to bring its FSD beta features to the cars of the Tesla employees that have the electric vehicle. The setup would allow employees to use the Tesla FSD Beta from their respective homes to on-site work and vice versa.

The article is satire, and its piece says that Tesla employees are using the FSD beta against their will, something that is not possible in real life as there is no AI takeover on the feature in the present. It also came from the "Babylon Bee," a news agency that is famous for using real news and providing a different take on them.

Elon Musk Confirms Employees Have FSD

Musk also replies to this tweet satirically, but it also confirms that employees have the FSD feature on their eligible Tesla cars to use for various needs, including going to work. He said that it is a part of his "diabolical plan" to have the FSD running against the employee's will, and it confirmed the question of employees receiving it.

However, it seems that users still need to have a high driving safety score to request the feature in their cars.

Tesla FSD Features

The Tesla FSD is still on its beta features, and there are no announcements yet for its upcoming wide release for everyone or any exact dates that it will come. Of course, being the CEO of Tesla and freedom of speech advocate, Musk has been talking about the FSD's wide release online, but it seems that these may be empty claims.

Tesla is now focusing on using the FSD with a new form of technology, and it would not be with the previous "radar" that the company focused on before, especially with its Autopilot and FSD. Older vehicles received radar, but later releases use its surround-body cameras that provide vision from all sides, also receiving LiDAR.

The FSD is still improving, hence its beta mode that focuses on bringing different releases to a limited number of users, as they believe that their feature is not yet ready for everyone's use. However, its employees are part of the beta feature program, according to the latest tweet by Musk, and it is for their convenience on their everyday drives.
