For UK gamers, the event could commence at around 6 PM BST or 10 AM PT. The theme of the upcoming Steam Sales will be announced by Valve soon.

Steam Next Fest

Steam Summer Sale 2022 is not the lone event that fans have looked forward to.

Valve has also announced that from June 14 to June 20 at 10 AM PT, it will showcase more than 1,000 game demos for the newest titles that will land soon on the platform through Steam Next Fest.

"Browse by category, or a game's primary tags, to find demos in your favorite genre; you can even search by sub-genres or specific features. Check out the Event Schedule for developer-hosted live streams and chats to see who you might like to connect with," Valve wrote.

Steam x Epic Games Store Crossplay

It's a dream come true for fans to play a lot of games on different platforms. However, it does not work that way since there was no crossplay feature that was introduced back then.

This time, PCGamesN reported that the said option is now available on Steam and Epic Games Store. With this feature, you can now take advantage of the crossplay support regardless of the launchers you are using.

This will allow the developers to connect each game to the gamers and the whole gaming community despite the difference between the platforms or stores.

According to Epic, the support is expected to hit mobile phones soon. The feature will also merge friend lists, as well as integrate invites and link accounts.

Meanwhile, Tech Times reported that the movie adaptation of the popular racing title "Gran Turismo" is currently in the works.
