Apple is having a dispute against its employee after a viral TikTok video where she posted a video regarding a security concern over a stolen iPhone in Coachella, and here she received a notice from her manager to take it down. At first, Paris Campbell did not reveal that she was from Apple and still received the notice from the store manager she worked with as a repair technician in the company.
Apple to Fire Employee Over Viral TikTok Video?

The Verge's report talked about an Apple employee that received a notice regarding her TikTok account that has a post answering a concern of a user regarding their stolen iPhone. Paris Campbell said that this was the video that received a notice regarding a notice from Apple that wants to take her video down that talked about a stolen iPhone.
Campbell said in her viral TikTok video that reached 7.1 million views, with 1.1 million likes on the platform after posting it over one week ago, that the threat of the thieves is useless as the iPhone is "forever locked" with its Apple ID.

Here, the Apple employee only shared her thoughts regarding a stolen iPhone and not to worry about the extortion as the device is secure despite being erased.
After which, she received a notice from Apple and her manager that she is to lose her job if the video is not taken down.

Apple's Social Media Policy for Employees
Campbell did not yet remove the video from her account, and Apple's social media policy did not talk anything about her TikTok persona or reveal herself as an employee publicly. Apple's policy only talks about avoiding bad mouth or saying anything negative about the company as a person from the inside.
The TikToker made another video where she addressed her designation as an Apple employee and now awaits the response of the company regarding her employment status.
Apple and TikTok Videos
TikTok is a massive platform now and it may have started with dance covers and random content from the initial creators, but it became a place where people show hacks and insider content from different companies. There are some that post videos about what their life as a fast food worker is like daily, with some giving tips on iPhone hacks.
Many videos focus on giving the public more access to their smartphones, particularly the iPhone, which many people own for their needs and wants. Not everyone is well adept at accessing their devices as others do, and different content creators give the public life hacks that would save their day or well, life, over their iPhone and other Apple product use.
Once there was a viral video regarding a hidden emoji feature for the iPhone that people may use for texting via the iOS 15.
Nevertheless, these hacks do not give Apple a bad name in public, rather provide the public with more to enjoy and access with their devices.
Campbell's case with Apple is not yet seeing any progression, on whether she stays with the company or gets terminated for her videos, but the case is pending and the threat of losing her job is on the line. Still, Apple did not make any comment after she identified herself as an Apple employee, with her videos talking about iPhone accessibility features from an inside person.
