The new firmware update for the Switch comes with full patch notes, which disclose what the latest release offers.

The latest Switch update brings new features, UI adjustments, and software refinements, which makes the overall experience a bit better than before.

Nintendo Switch System Software Update 15.0.0

As per the latest report by Nintendo Life, the Japanese gaming giant started rolling out the Switch System Software Update version 15.0.0 on October 10 to gamers of its console.

The support page of Nintendo says that the giant gaming firm "constantly aims to improve the functionality of its systems and services. The Japanese behemoth notes that it should allow them to offer the "most user-friendly experience possible."

This time, the giant firm has dished out the latest version of its Switch system software update.

Switch System Software Update 15.0.0 is Now Available: Here's What to Expect

According to a report by Go Nintendo, the new firmware version 15.0.0 for Switch consoles comes with a few minor updates that improve the overall gaming experience.

The renowned gaming juggernaut provided full release notes for version 15.0.0, disclosing what Switch users could expect from it.

The patch notes reveal that the System Settings now houses the Bluetooth Audio menu. So do not be surprised if you find it in a new location after installing the latest update.

On top of that, Nintendo now lets users take screenshots while using the Nintendo Switch Online App from its Home menu. However, it is worth noting that the new option does not support video capture.

And as such, if you are looking to shoot a video and upload it online while on the Switch Online app, you need to rely on mere screenshots.

Like most Switch software updates, the firmware version 15.0.0 also brings "general system stability improvements," which the console maker touts "to enhance the user's experience.
